Payment Options & Pricing

Flexible ways to pay for your dental care

At Nest Dental, we believe treatment costs should be clear from the beginning. We provide guide pricing, explain your options and give you a personalised treatment plan before treatment starts.

Whether you prefer to pay upfront, use eligible health insurance benefits or explore a payment plan through a third-party provider, our team is here to help you understand your choices.

Clear information, personalised to you

Every smile is different, so treatment needs and costs vary from person to person. Any prices shown on this page are general guides only. You will need a consultation and clinical assessment before we can provide an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

Our priority is to provide high-quality dental care that suits your oral health needs, goals and circumstances. If cost is a concern, talk with our team. We can explain the payment options available at Nest Dental and help you identify questions to ask a finance provider, health insurer or financial adviser.

Option 1

Pay in instalments with Afterpay

Eligible patients can use Afterpay for approved treatment at Nest Dental. Afterpay Pay in 4 divides the purchase into four instalments, with the first payment generally made at the time of purchase and the remaining payments deducted automatically according to your payment schedule.

Pay in 4 does not charge interest. Late fees may apply if a payment is missed. Every purchase is subject to Afterpay's approval, eligibility requirements, spending limits and current terms.

Before choosing Afterpay, review your payment schedule and make sure the repayments are suitable for your circumstances.

Learn how Afterpay works

Afterpay is provided by Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd ABN 15 169 342 947, Australian Credit Licence 527911. Nest Dental does not provide credit or financial advice.

Option 2

Spread the cost with humm

Eligible patients may be able to use humm to spread the cost of approved treatment over a series of fortnightly or monthly repayments.

Available terms depend on the treatment cost, the humm product available through Nest Dental and humm's approval process. Fees, charges and interest, if applicable, vary by product, amount and term. Your approved loan schedule will show the repayments and total cost before you accept.

Before choosing a payment plan, take time to:

  • review humm's terms, fees and total amount repayable
  • check whether interest may apply during or after the plan period
  • make sure the repayments are suitable for your circumstances
  • seek independent financial advice if you are unsure.

Nest Dental can explain how to start an application, but we cannot recommend a financial product or tell you whether humm is right for you.

Guide pricing

Example treatment guide

The following starting prices are general guides only and do not represent a quote:

TreatmentGuide price
Clear aligner treatmentFrom $4,200
Porcelain veneersFrom $2,000 per tooth
Dental implantsFrom $2,500

Final costs depend on your oral health, treatment needs and personalised treatment plan following a clinical assessment by a dentist.

Option 3

Upfront payment

You may choose to pay the full cost of treatment upfront. Contact our team to confirm the payment methods available for your treatment. Paying upfront means you will not have finance-provider fees or ongoing loan repayments.

Private health insurance

If you have private health insurance with dental cover, you may be eligible for a benefit towards some treatments, depending on your policy, waiting periods, annual limits and level of cover.

Before treatment begins, we can provide a treatment plan estimate with relevant item numbers and costs. You can give this estimate to your insurer to ask what benefits may apply. Your final out-of-pocket cost will depend on your policy and available benefits.

We recommend confirming your cover directly with your insurer before treatment. Nest Dental cannot guarantee the amount your insurer will pay.

If you do not have private health insurance, speak with our team about the payment methods and third-party options available.

Option 4

Compassionate release of superannuation

In limited circumstances, the Australian Taxation Office may approve the early release of superannuation on compassionate grounds to help pay for eligible medical or dental treatment for you or your dependant.

For medical treatment, applicants generally need evidence that the treatment is necessary to:

  • treat a life-threatening illness or injury
  • alleviate acute or chronic pain, or
  • alleviate acute or chronic mental illness.

The treatment must also not be readily available through the public health system. Other eligibility requirements apply, including evidence of your financial circumstances and supporting medical reports. One report must generally be from a registered medical specialist in the relevant field.

The ATO assesses every application. Nest Dental cannot determine whether you are eligible or guarantee that an application will be approved.

Important information

Nest Dental does not provide financial, tax, legal or superannuation advice. Accessing super early can affect your retirement savings, tax and government benefits. Consider speaking with an independent financial adviser and review the ATO's current guidance before making a decision.

Providing false or misleading information to access superannuation can result in serious tax and legal consequences.
